Robert D. Magnuson, DIRECTOR: L.E.T. S. I.

Sgt. (Shihan) Robert D. Magnuson is a 21-year veteran police officer and a 7th Degree Black Belt. He is the Director of the internationally known and respected Law Enforcement Training Systems Institute (L.E.T.S.I.). He is an expert on the use of force and application of defensive tactics and has authored the much acclaimed “Strategies &Tactics of Patrol Stops (S.T.O.P.S)” As such, he is a certified Ohio Peace Officer Training Center (OPOTC) instructor for defensive tactics, general topics, and use of force He also has instructed violent patient management and is a S.H.A.R.P.
