Shihan Carl Wilcox, 8th Dan, born in Berkeley, California, Oct. 04, 1940 and is the Kwanmukan representative for the SE USA. He was introduced to martial arts for the first time in 1957 and has actively pursued the study ever since. During this period he has studied jujitsu, karate, taekwondo, judo, kobudo and kung fu. He successfully proved himself as a student, a really tough competitor, instructor, and a training specialist for law enforcement, etc. Shihan Wilcox operates a newly completed 2 million dollar national training center in Asheville, N.C
